Lindsey's new thing is she wants to pick out her own clothes in the morning. Oh boy, some of the get ups she puts together. Buahahaha! She's so proud of herself when she puts together an outfit that I don't have the heart to tell her "umm, not on your life are you wearing a pink polka dot sundress over your Wiggles t shirt with purple tights and red shoes." (that was yesterdays pick) So on the days we aren't heading anywhere, like preschool, I let her dress like a clown and ooh and ahhh over her fabulous ensemble. On school days I'm trying to compromise with her by asking her "what color do you want to wear today" and then TOGETHER we pick out an outfit with that color. She's a hoot. The other day she wore a pink turtleneck under her bathing suit for the day. It was 30 degrees out so it's a good thing she put the turtleneck on. ;)

The other thing you could do is pull out two ensembles and let her pick which one. Personally I'd like so see some pics of the clown outfits.
I would love to see pics as well! I can only imagine the turtleneck/bathing suit ensemble!
OMG that's hilarious. She actually wore her swimsuit??
She did wear her swimsuit, we didn't go out that afternoon. :)
